Nevermore Guide and Item Build

Play Style
Always try to choose the middle lane no matter what unless there's a better laner then you, sf needs all the creeps and denies without them his just shitting in the toilet !
From level 1-3, try to last hit and deny as much as possible! Untill you get your bottle then it's time to get some fast farming and kills. If you feel that you are lacking some kills, go to the level 1 camp and if you are lucky, you might have the kobold camp, one raze and you will have 10 souls.

Early Game ( Level 1-11 )
During early game just last hit and deny. If you are having trouble last hitting, try to deny as much as possible as they give you souls as well. Once you hit level 3 ( Raze level 2 ) start razing the creep when they are somewhat in the red health.
Press (x) and try to last hit the other creeps. as you can see from this screenshot, the lowest health creep, using a (x) will gurantee a creepkill, and if you last hit properly, you might have all 3 creeps!

Runewhorring
Runewhorring is very important to shadow fiend, giving him the ability to refill his bottle and various runes that could help you in a sucessful gank !

Various tips when taking a rune.
Before the start of the game,  as seen in the picture, by standing there you will be able to see the runes.
Try to take the runes when the timer is like 1.40, or 3.40, 5.40, etc etc. Taking runes at that time would allow you to ''stack'' runes. Do not spam the bottle immediately if you get hit or just by using one raze, bottle are not like tango.
Some useful runes,
Illusion: not really useful but good as a decoy, hiding in the forest and sending it first from the front, and then come out from the back
Invisibility: Perhaps the most useful rune early game for ganking, go behind him and give him a taste of Sf Triple raze, and kiss goodbye to him (:
Haste: Almost the same as invisible rune, but more risky. Most of the time will have a kill with this rune.
Double Damage: Not so useful rune for ganking, but useful for last hitting, and harassing your enemy !
Regeneration: Nothing much to say about this right? one more advice, when your regen rune is taking effect, try to spam razes, even if they dun hit, having more regen is better then less regen !

Midgame (Level 11 - 16)
Shadowraze still hurts like hell, even though is it midgame, and it is midgame where shadowfiend completely owns almost everyhero, due to a good early game farming. Midgame is also a very important part of the game for our shadowfiend ! If shadowfiend loses midgame, your lategame might not have lots of hope. Unless you manage to kill them off and rax them !
Mid game is also a part of the game where you will have your dagger/lothar's edge, and ganking will be alot much easier !

Killing people with Requiem of Souls(kelen's dagger) tips:
If you have max souls find someone with 900 hp in a lane farming, or in the jungle! Dun try to engage him near the tower, and once in range blink + requiem of souls, most people would take about a sec to react to this, and your requiem of souls take 1 second too, if your lucky he might get 1 hit ko, or he is in his red health, just finish him with your shadowraze(z) or normal attacks. If he doesnt die, due to his imba amount of hp, chase him, but if he is near the tower, just retreat.

Killing people with Requiem of Souls(lothar's edge) tips:
If you have max souls find someone with hp around 1100 or lesser in a lane farming, or in the jungle! Dun try to engage him near the tower or if he is retreating. Once you have prepared, immediately use lothar's edge and run to him. Remember STAND(overlap) into him, as this deals the highest possible amount of damage. He would probably die to one Requiem of souls, raze him if needed. If he doesnt die, due to his imba amount of hp, chase him, but if he is near the tower, just retreat.

If you have nothing to do, try to do something, either kill or farm, dun idle or afk, as this could be a great problem for shadowfiend. If there are no creeps, go and whack a neutral. Just continue to farm till lategame, where the real DPS output of shadowfiend come. If you think you could rax or end them early do so, because there are other hard carries that could kill shadowfiend !

Lategame(Level 16-25)
You would probably have 5 kills and above by now, having outfarm lategamer and most players in the game. It's about time to end your enemy. Your item slot should have Manta Style, Bkb, Stygian Desolator(or other orb effects), Boots of travels, magicwand and perhaps a bottle. With items like this, your damage output should be at 150 ++. With stygian + presence of the dark lord, your damage would hurt like hell ! End the game as quick as possible, if the time exceeds 60 mins, shadowfiend power will decrease to superlategamers ! But if your still farming, shadowfiend will win them still.

Shadow Fiend

Nevermore  the  Shadow Fiend  is a  ranged  agility  hero  possessing abilities that inflict damage superb burst from varying distances. Whether near or far, Shadow Fiend is able to release incredible offensive power, both physical and magical. Shadow Fiend's true power comes from the souls he takes, thus, he is more dangerous every time he kills. With enough souls, he can release all of the captured souls in a devastating burst, dealing more damage to enemies that are closer to him. Shadow Fiend is a  carry  who is powerful and all stages of the game, a trait most do not share carries. He can  harass  and conquer early game, gank unsuspecting Heroes during the mid stages, and has huge potential right-click lategame thanks to his passives, although his active abilities scale off by the end-game.

Gameplay
Shadow Fiend is a carry hero who has one of the most right-clicking massive potentials in the entire game, although his active abilities will require good positioning, timing and most importantly, practice to maintain their power through the game. As an agility carry, and a nuker, Shadow Fiend can dish out truly frightening amounts of damage consistently, thanks to the fact that, unlike other extremely high damage agility carries like Phantom Assassin, none of Shadow Fiend's abilities depend on luck.
His signature ability, Shadowraze, Shadow Fiend gives the ability to bomb an area of the ground, dealing damage to all units within range, the range of potential being up close, Middling distance or longer distance; Technically, Shadowraze is in fact three abilities in one, as all three distances of it can be used individually without needing to wait for any of the other options to cooldown first - this can make annihilating fragile heroes in the early and mid game very easy if The positioning and timing is correct, while it also allows him to be one of the best creep killers in the game, making him excell in pushes, as well as farming with large potential snowballing. With higher levels (Preferrably whenever Shadowraze is maximized), he can act as a solid jungler as well.
His second ability, Necromastery, is the ability that sets his prowess right clicking into motion - Allowing him to absorb the souls of any enemy he hits last (Including Heroes, in which case he will receive multiple souls) and receive bonus damage (+2 for each soul) for it, being able to hold up to 36 souls. This ability synergizes with his Ultimate, Requiem of Souls, which will release all his souls into a wave of energy. He does not, however, lose the souls he has gained by activating it; He will only lose by dying souls, and which occasions he will automatically do a half powered Requiem, allowing to give one last attack, potentially getting revenge on the enemy as soon as he dies. Requiem of Souls requires good positioning to work efficiently, as the waves of energy will quickly spread out along with their damage, making the attack very situational, benefiting immensely from stuns provided by your teammates or items that allow you to quickly put yourself or sneakily in appropriate positions such as a Blink Dagger and Shadow Blade. If used appropriately, however, Requiem of Souls is one of the single most damaging attacks in the entire game, being able to deal up to 2880 (2160 after reductions with standard 25% Magic Resistance) points of damage, more than enough to immediately kill the vast majority of heroes even at their highest level unless they have a lot of built in strength coupled with health / strength busting items. To make it even more dangerous is that all units touched by the souls will receive a 5 second long 25% reduction to 50% movement speed and attack damage reduction, an aspect of it that goes through spell immunity.
His final skill, Presence of the Dark Lord, his right-clicking makes even larger potential, providing a debuff to enemies near by reducing their armor, which is stackable with other armor debuffs. This also means he is a great companion for any physical hero to team up with, as his mere presence will increase their off-handedly power.
Shadow Fiend is very fragile through the early stages of the game, he has average movement speed and no innate escape mechanism whatsoever, making him a very easy target for ganks, which means that map awareness and the ability to know when to retreat or play conservatively is essential for survival, and is highly recommended to stick with teammates often to reduce the chances of being ganked. However, Shadow Fiend is also a very versatile hero who benefits greatly from a wide variety of items, so with a good enough item build, he can become a decent solo, although caution and especially awareness are still advised map.
Shadow Fiend is a semi-hard carry - Meaning he can obtain substantial power from his abilities, but ultimately it will be the items that will make him a force to be reckoned with - Without strong necromastery items he has and his poor right-click power , but he can very easily flip this by collecting souls and obtaining items that increases both his attack speed and damage. In addition to this, being a ranged hero, items such as the Eye of Skadi can create mechanisms for escape by allowing him to slow enemies from a distance and flee to safety if need be, or simply make it easier to catch up to the fleeing heroes The former possibility of which in turn means no slow melee heroes with ranged abilities will have a very difficult time with him. Additionally, lifestealing can be bought and used along items that increase his attack speed, granting potentially very strong survivality. All in all, Shadow Fiend is a character that is easy to learn, but difficult to master - His innate survivability is low, and survivability is crucial to maintain his power to the fullest without needing constant farm, but on the hands of the right players he will easily be the most impacting our heroes in whatever game he is in.
